Stuart Baugher is a healthcare attorney / executive skilled at helping healthcare organizations craft compelling strategic visions, implement large scale change initiatives, drive growth through acquisitions, lead administrative support infrastructure development and team formation, and facilitate operational design and improvement.
Stuart Baugher possesses a unique skill set stemming from time spent in healthcare’s strategy, finance, and operational functions. He has led large and small teams at a national level to effectuate positive change in an ever-changing landscape for some of the largest health systems in the country. His work often involves multi-state, multi-functional projects at the intersection of value and traditional care models.
Stuart holds advanced degrees in law and business administration. He is a member of the Florida Bar and currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three children.
